Police: Mother drives drunk with infant
A Butte woman was arrested Monday morning after police say she was driving drunk with her 2-month-old baby in her lap.
Natasha N. Allshouse, 20, faces a possible felony charge of criminal endangerment after losing control of her vehicle at the intersection of Argyle and Stuart just before 4 a.m., according to the Butte police report.
Police allege Allshouse was intoxicated and holding the infant in her lap at the time. No one was injured in the incident. She also may be charged with driving under the influence and transport-ing an unrestrained child.
Allshouse remained in jail that morning on $1,655 bond.
