Kitties available for adoption Cats and kittens ready for adoption will be available Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Quality Supply on Harrison Avenue.
It's hosted by the Chelsea Bailey Animal Shelter in Butte. All the animals are spayed and neutered, current on shots and have a microchip. All adoption fees have been sponsored "by a guardian angel," the shelter said, but donations are welcome. They may be made to Albert's Angel Fund or the Butte Spay-Neuter Task Force.

Senior citizens invited to center Legal issues that affect older citizens will be discussed at the Belmont Senior Center, Mercury and Continental, starting at 1 p.m. Thursday.
Representatives from the state Office on Aging Legal Services Development Program will be on hand to provide information and answer questions.
The free, public program is hosted by the center and the Area V Agency on Aging.
Computer tips tonight at library A free program for adults on computer "tech tips" runs from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the Butte Public Library, Broadway and Idaho.
It's part of a series of weekly classes on computer skills and programming that continues through November. Thursday's class focuses on e-mail. Laptops are welcome.
