Butte city courts DISORDERLY CONDUCT, DUI
Brenda Edwards, 54, of 2300 Ottawa, pleaded guilty June 19 and was fined $185 for disorderly conduct. According to court documents, Edwards urinated in the Wal-Mart parking lot. She also received a 10-day jail sentence with all but five days suspended.
On July 3, Edwards pleaded guilty to driving under the influence (second offense), driving without liability insurance, and driving without a valid driver’s license.
On July 15, Edwards pleaded guilty to driving under the influence (third offense) and driving without a valid driver’s license. For these offenses, she was fined a total of $2,540 and received a six-month jail sentence with all but 30 days suspended, and a six-month jail sentence with all but seven days suspended. She also must attend alcohol awareness class and have an interlock system installed in her vehicle.
DISORDERLY, ASSAULT
Lennis Langley, 25, of the Capri Motel, pleaded guilty June 23 to criminal trespass to property, disorderly conduct, and assault. According to court documents, Langley remained unlawfully on the premises of the Public Housing Authority, was quarreling and fighting with others, and punched another individual. He was fined $1,295 and received an 18-month jail sentence with all but 10 days suspended.
DISORDERLY, OBSTRUCTION
Justin Kraus, 19, of 651 S. Jackson, pleaded guilty June 26 to obstructing a police officer and disorderly conduct. According to court documents, Kraus was fleeing from law enforcement and refusing to comply with their directives, and used threatening and abusive language.
THEFT, ASSAULT
Jacob Frye, 20, of 323 N. Jackson, pleaded guilty June 20 to theft, assault, and criminal mischief. According to court documents, Frye took beer from Town Pump, caused bodily injury by hitting another person, and damaged the bug shield of a truck not his own. Frey was fined $1,665 and received a six-month jail sentence with all but five days suspended.
THEFT, TRESPASS
Colter Flemings, 30, of 5100 S. Warren, pleaded guilty June 23 to attempted theft, criminal trespass to property, and obstructing a police officer. According to court documents, Flemings attempted to steal catalytic converters from Red Wrecker, unlawfully entered the premises of Red Wrecker, and attempted to flee when apprehended. He was fined $1,665 and received an 18-month jail sentence with all but 25 days suspended.
DRUG POSSESSION
Jeffrey Anzik, 19, of 4017 Paxson, pleaded guilty June 5 to disorderly conduct, criminal possession of dangerous drugs, and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. According to court documents, Anzik was challenging others to fight, making loud and unusual noises, and had in his possession marijuana and paraphernalia used to pack and store drugs. He was fined $1,295 and received a six-month jail sentence with all but 10 days suspended.
Matthew Pedersen, 18, of 1043 W. Mercury, pleaded guilty June 5 to disorderly conduct and criminal possession of dangerous drugs. According to court documents, Pedersen had in his possession marijuana, was quarreling with others, and was making loud and unusual noises. He was fined $740 and received a six-month jail sentence with all but five days suspended.
Joshua Foster, 18, of 205 W. Woolman, pleaded guilty June 5 to disorderly conduct and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. According to court documents, Foster was yelling profanities at police officers and had a pipe in his possession. He was fined $740.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
Floyd Alger, 47, of 4825 Harrison, pleaded guilty June 30 (second offense) and was fined $885. He also must attend alcohol awareness class and he received a six-month jail sentence with all but seven days suspended.
Andrae Thompson, 18, of 400 Stagecoach Road, pleaded guilty June 30 to driving under the influence and failure to stop at a red traffic signal. Thompson was fined $815 and must attend alcohol awareness class. She also received a six-month jail sentence with all but one day suspended.
Russell Simpson, 46, of 3205 Sanders, pleaded guilty June 23 and was fined $685. He also must attend alcohol awareness class and received a six-month jail sentence with all but five days suspended.
PARTNER OR FAMILY MEMBER ASSAULT
Chad Rogers, 19, of 2215 Fairway Ave., pleaded guilty June 6 to partner or family member assault and criminal mischief. According to court documents, Rogers threatened a family member with bodily injury by swinging at him and threatening to kill him. He also punched the window out of a camp trailer, and punched the side of a truck not his own. He was fined $1,650, must attend anger management class, donated $50 to Family Victims and received a one-year jail sentence with all but seven days suspended.
Michael Riesland, 49, of 2129 Phillips Ave., pleaded guilty June 6 to two counts and was fined $2,290. According to court documents, Riesland threatened two family members with a knife. He also must donate $100 to Family Victims, attend anger management class and he received a two-year jail sentence with all but 10 days suspended.
Terry Piedalue, 51, of 2315 Silver Bow Blvd., pleaded no contest July 14 and was fined $1,095. According to court documents, Piedalue caused bodily injury to his female partner. He also must donate $50 to Family Victims, attend anger management class and he received a one-year jail sentence with all but 20 days suspended.
Bailey Bond, 20, of 210 Baden, pleaded guilty June 30 and was fined $1,095. According to court documents, Bond caused bodily injury to her partner by pushing, shoving and biting that person. She must also donate $50 to Family Victims, attend anger management class and she received a one-year jail sentence with all but seven days suspended.
Partner or Family Member Assault Adam Hill, 32, of 2603 Yale, pleaded guilty July 14 and was fined $1,095. According to court documents, Hill caused bodily injury to his female partner by pushing her into a wall. He must also donate $50 to Family Victims, attend anger management class, and received a one-year jail sentence with all but one day suspended.
Colton Hughes, 18, of Belgrade, pleaded guilty July 15 and was fined $1,095. According to court documents, Hughes caused his female partner reasonable apprehension of bodily injury by refusing to get out of her car, forcing her to drive the car and making threats about a gun. He must also donate $50 to Family Victims, attend anger management class, and received a one-year jail sentence with all but one day suspended Joanne Walsh, 43, of 213 Curtis, pleaded no contest July 14 and was fined $1,095. According to court documents, Walsh caused bodily injury to a family member by striking her iKn the head. She must also donate $50 to Family Victims, attend anger management class, and received a one-year jail sentence with all but one day suspended.
HABITUAL OFFENDER Thomas Fury, 21, of 300 S. Colorado, pleaded guilty May 12 to being an habitual offender, driving without liability insurance, and driving with a revoked driver’s license. He was fined $3,140 and received a one-year jail sentence with all but 25 days suspended. He also received two six-month jail sentence with all but 10 days suspended.
Zane Kipp, 24, of 127 W. Daly, pleaded guilty June 30 to being an habitual offender and driving without proof of liability insurance. He was fined $2,310 and he also received a six-month jail sentence with all but 30 days suspended.
OBSTRUCTION Clyde Harrington, 24, no address listed, pleaded guilty July 1 to obstructing a police officer by giving a false name. Harrington was fined $555 and received a six-month suspended jail sentence.
CRIMINAL MKISCHIEF Travis Harcharik, 19, of 1447 Hobson, pleaded guilty July 15 to criminal mischief and was fined $555. According to court documents, Harcharik caused damage to another person’s 1994 Ford by throwing an egg at it. He also received a six-month suspended jail sentence.
FALSE REPORTS Marcos Lira, 22, of 831 Zarelda, pleaded guilty June 11 to making a false report to law enforcement and was fined $555. According to court documents, Lira told police he had been stabbed when he had not. He also received a six-month suspended jail sentence.
PROVIDING ALCOHOL TO A MINOR Nicole Armstrong, 24, of 2930 Locust, pleaded guilty June 30 and was fined $555. She also received a six-month suspended jail sentence.
Cody Rembert, 22, of 116189 Buxton Road, pleaded guilty June 16 and was fined $555. He also received a six-month jail sentence with all but 10 days suspended.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT Carl Trunzo, 52, of 128-1/2 W. Granite, pleaded guilty June 19 and was fined $185. According to court documents, Trunzo used profane and abusive language towards St. James Healthcare staff. He also received a 10-day jail sentence with all but five days suspended.
Donald Thompson, 28, of 1608 Silver Bow Homes, pleaded guilty June 9 and was fined $185. According to court documents, Thompson was fighting and quarrelling with others.
Charles Madigan, 20, of 300 Colorado St., pleaded guilty June 23 and was fined $185. According to court documents, Madigan was quarreling with others and challenging them to fight.
Jonathan Robran, 25, 802 Maryland, pleaded guilty June 23 and was fined $185. According to court documents, Robran was making loud and unusual noises.
Robert Girgus, 43, of 304 N. Main, pleaded guilty June 23 and was fined $185. According to court documents, Girgus used threatening and abusive language at St. James Healthcare.
Steven Rule, 32, of 903 Silver Bow Homes, pleaded guilty June 16 and was fined $185. According to court documents, Rule quarreled with police officers and did not follow their commands.
Kevin Middendorf, 44, of Atlantic St., pleaded guilty June 2 and was fined $185. According to court documents, Middendorf was fighting and using abusive language at the intersection of Howard and Yale.
Charles Campbell, 38, of 1718 Grand, pleaded guilty June 16 and was fined $185. According to court documents, Campbell was challenging others to fight and yelled and swore at another motorist after getting out of his car.
Landon Neubauer, 21, of Deer Lodge, pleaded guilty July 16 and was fined $185. According to court documents, Neubauer was quarreling with others on the corner of Park and Main.
Melody Amerman, 42, of Whitehall, pleaded guilty July 15 and was fined $185. According to court documents, Amerman made physical contact of an insulting or provoking nature with another individual.
Allan Simpson, 36, of 1201 Second St., pleaded no contest July 14 and was fined $185. According to court documents, Simpson was quarreling with others at St. James Healthcare and used vulgar language.
Myron Larson, 56, homeless, pleaded no contest July 14 and was fined $185. According to court documents, Larson was quarreling and fighting with others on Arizona and Front.
MINORS IN POSSESSION Jeremiah Smith, 18, of 1103 Nevada, pleaded guilty July 10 to his seventh offense and was fined $895. He must also perform 140 hours of community service and attend alcohol awareness class.
Rico Rinaldi, 19, of 110 Clinton, pleaded guilty July 10 and was fined $385. He must also perform 40 hours of community service and attend alcohol awareness class.
Seven youths were fined $285 and each person must perform 20 hours of community service and attend alcohol awareness class. They are: —Janna Marjamaa, 15, of 1124 Iowa.
