Butte Police reports
Management at CJ’s Car Audio reported stereo equipment items were missing from the store at 1120 E. Front St. Store owners said they found the items at local pawn shops. Police are investigating.
Shawn Vinyard, 29, of Ohio, was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct Thursday afternoon. He’s accused of threatening a motorist in 200 block of West Broadway after the person refused to give him a cigarette. He remained in jail Friday.
A person reported his bicycle stolen early Friday, and then was cited by officers with being a minor in possession of alcohol. The 19-year-old male called police just after midnight to report someone stole his bike after he parked it at Taco Johns, 1960 Harrison Ave. While talking to the victim, police discovered he had been drinking and gave him the misdemeanor citation.
Butte city court DRUNK DRIVING
Shane Albracht, 33, of 1409 B St., was charged June 8 with driving under the influence, fifth offense. Bond was set at $10,000 and the case has been turned over to district court.
William Johns, 50, of 3524 Gaylord, was charged June 16 with driving under the influence, fifth offense. Bond was set and the case has been turned over to district court.
Anthony Dennehy, 48, of 1601 Kaw, pleaded guilty June 19 to driving under the influence (second offense), driving without liability insurance, failure to identify himself and vehicle when involved in an accident, failure to give notice of accident by quickest means, and operating without a valid driver’s license. Dennehy was fined $1,585 and must attend alcohol awareness class. He also received a one year jail sentence with all but 14 days suspended, must seek treatment, and have an interlock system installed in his vehicle.
David Corbett, 58, of 2032 California, pleaded guilty June 19 to driving under the influence, per se (second offense), and careless driving. Corbett was fined $965 and must attend alcohol awareness class. He must also seek treatment and install an interlock system in his vehicle.
Charles Cantwell, 24, of 309 N. Jackson, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence, second offense, and was fined $885. Cantwell also received a seven-day jail sentence and must attend alcohol awareness class.
Eugene Woodrow, 59, of 625 S. Idaho, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence, second offense, and was fined $885. Woodrow also received a seven-day jail sentence and must attend alcohol awareness class.
Christopher Stratton, 21, of 2205 Oregon, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence, per se (second offense), and was fined $785. Stratton also received a five-day jail sentence and must attend alcohol awareness class.
Brittaney Rickey, 20, of 524 Edison, pleaded guilty on Jan. 7 to operating a vehicle with an alcohol concentration of .02% blood alcohol content while under the age of 21 and for having an open container in the vehicle. Rickey was fined $400 and must attend alcohol awareness class. She was also given credit for serving one day in jail.
Cassandra Dutra, 21, of 910 Evans, pleaded guilty June 25 to driving under the influence and careless driving. Dutra was fined $765 and must attend alcohol awareness class. She also received credit for serving one day in jail.
Shane Hollingsworth, 35, of 3315 Bull Run Gulch, pleaded guilty June 12 to driving under the influence and was fined $685. Hollingsworth also received a one-day jail sentence and must attend alcohol awareness class.
Tara Stillwagon, 28, of 2111 Silver Bow Blvd., pleaded guilty June 13 to driving under the influence and was fined $685. Stillwagon also received a one-day jail sentence and must attend alcohol awareness class.
Rick Seifert, 35, of 3230 Marcia, pleaded guilty June 25 to driving under the influence and was fined $685. Seifert also received a one-day jail sentence and must attend alcohol awareness class.
Renee Vialpando, 42, of 1810 Adams, pleaded guilty June 23 and was fined $685. Vialpando also received a one-day jail sentence and must attend alcohol awareness class.
MULTIPLE FINES
Nathan Chelini, 27, of 3124 Amherst, pleaded guilty June 13 to six separate counts of driving without liability insurance and one count of reckless driving. Chelini was fined $2,940 and received a 60-day jail sentence.
Chance Thrasher, 18, of 3121 State, pleaded guilty May 9 to five counts of driving without liability insurance and one count of driving without a valid driver’s license (third offense). Thrasher was fined $1,980.
Raymond Moreno, 23, of 220 N. Wyoming, pleaded guilty June 30 to criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, and two separate counts of misdemeanor theft. According to court documents, on one occasion, Moreno took a bottle of Black Velvet whiskey valued at $20.95 from the Magic Diamond. On another occasion, he took a pair of DC shoes valued at $65 from Miller’s Shoes. He also destroyed a glass case containing an emergency fire hose and used profane language toward police officers. He was fined $1,295, received a six-month jail sentence with all but seven days suspended, a six-month suspended jail sentence, and he must make restitution.
FAMILY MEMBER ASSAULT Each of the following individuals was fined $1,095 and must donate $50 to Family Victims.
John Konda, 38, of Ramsay, pleaded guilty June 3. According to court documents, Konda pushed and shoved a family member. He also received a one-year jail sentence with all but 10 days suspended.
Levi Clift, 18, of 1306 Silver Bow Homes, pleaded guilty June 23. According to court documents, Clift caused bodily injury to a female individual within hearing of a minor. He also received a one-year jail sentence with all but seven days suspended.
Dennis White, 36, of 1031 S. Main, pleaded guilty June 16. According to court documents, White attempted to choke a family member. He also received a one-year jail sentence with all but five days suspended.
Cody Rembert, 22, of Buxton Road, pleaded guilty June 16. According to court documents, Rembert punched and hit a family member. He also received a one-year jail sentence with all but five days suspended.
Ronnie Hoffman, 48, of 5101 S. Warren, pleaded guilty June 16. According to court documents, Hoffman held a family member down and would not allow her to leave the premises. He also received a one-year jail sentence with all but five days suspended.
DRUG charges
Clyde Harrington, 24, no address listed, pleaded guilty June 30 to possessing syringes and was fined $555. He also received a six-month jail sentence with all but five days suspended.
Anthony DeJong, 29, of 50 W. Broadway, pleaded guilty July 2 to possessing a pipe used to store a dangerous drug and was fined $555. He also received a six-month suspended jail sentence.
PRIVACY IN COMMUNICATIONS James Reid, 33, of 708 W. Park, pleaded guilty June 16 and was fined $555. He also received a six-month jail sentence with all but five days suspended. According to court documents, Reid communicated with a person by electronic communication and threatened to kill that person.
Levi Gadaire, 33, of 62 W. Broadway, pleaded guilty June 26 and was fined $555. According to court documents, Gadaire contacted a female individual and used obscene and lewd language.
MISDEMEANOR ASSAULT Everett Powers, 52, of 624 Nevada, pleaded no contest June 23 and was fined $555. According to court documents, Powers caused bodily injury to a male individual. He also received a six-month jail sentence with all but three days suspended.
Georgeanne Casteel, 21, of Whitehall, pleaded guilty June 13 and was fined $555. According to court documents, Casteel punched a male individual in the face. She also received a six-month suspended jail sentence.
Samuel Downey, 30, of 2210 North Drive, pleaded no contest June 30 and forfeited a $555 bond. According to court documents, Downey punched a male individual in the head.
Jacob Fournier, 26, of 1704 Silver Bow Homes, pleaded guilty June 19 and was fined $555. According to court documents, Fournier caused bodily injury to another individual.
MISDEMEANOR THEFT Robert Hoffman, 45, of 913 S. Colorado, pleaded guilty June 30 and was fined $555. According to court documents, Hoffman took two six packs of Smirnoff Ice and a 12-pack of Mike’s Hard Lemonade from Safeway. He also received a six-month jail sentence with all but one day suspended.
Devon Parke, 23, of 1337 Sunrise Lane, pleaded guilty June 4 and was fined $555. According to court documents, Parke took a toothbrush at Albertson’s. She also received a one-day jail sentence.
Brenda Edwards, 54, of 2300 Ottawa, pleaded guilty June 12 and was fined $555. According to court documents, Edwards took a bottle of Listerine valued at $3.18 from 3901 Harrison Ave. She also received a six-month suspended jail sentence.
Robert Shields, 28, of 631 W. Galena, pleaded guilty July 1 and was fined $555. According to court documents, Shields exerted control over property belonging to another person. He also received a six-month suspended jail sentence.
CRIMINAL TRESPASS Bruce Delaney, 66, of 735 Hornet, pleaded guilty June 16 and was fined $555. According to court documents, Delaney entered Safeway’s after being sent a certified letter to stay away.
Myron Larson, 56, homeless, pleaded guilty June 30 and was given credit for serving nine days in jail. According to court documents, Larson remained unlawfully in the premises of another.
Mark Jenkins, 48, of 601 Silver Bow Homes, pleaded guilty June 30 and was fined $555. According to court documents, Jenkins damaged or destroyed property of another without the owner’s consent.
MINORS IN POSSESSION Seven people recently pleaded guilty and were each fined $285. They must also perform 20 hours of community service and attend alcohol awareness class. They are: —Jeffery Anzik, 19, of 4017 Paxson —Justin Kraus, 19, of 651 S. Jackson —Ryan Pansch, 20, of 2825 Farragut —Brendan White, 16, of 112 Excelsior —Matthew Pedersen, 18, of 1043 W. Mercury —Bailey Bond, 19, of 1408 Missouri —Cortnie Reich, 19, of 1811 Silver Bow Homes DISORDERLY CONDUCT Shaun Peterson, 26, no address listed, forfeited $185 June 25. According to court documents, Peterson was challenging others to fight.
Robert Wymore, 40, of 801 Silver Bow Homes, pleaded guilty July 1 and was fined $185. According to court documents, Wymore was quarreling with others, making loud noises, and was banging on a door.
Jack Bennington, 54, of Victorville, Calif., pleaded guilty June 27 and received a 10-day jail sentence. According to court documents, Bennington used profane and abusive language.
Tyler Johnston, 20, of Missoula, forfeited $185 July 1. According to court documents, Johnston was challenging others to fight.
Wanda Jellison, 41, of 1205 Dewey, pleaded guilty June 25 and was fined $185. According to court documents, Jellison was challenging others to fight.
Michael Gomez, 42, of Austin, Texas, pleaded guilty June 2 and was fined $185. According to court documents, Gomez was yelling and pounding on a door.
Mark Altrichter, 46, address unknown, pleaded guilty June 6 and was fined $185. According to court documents, Altrichter challenged two nurses to fight at St. James Healthcare and used profanities.
Jason Hill, 27, of Silver Star, pleaded guilty June 25 and was fined $185. According to court documents, Hill was challenging others to fight.
Ronald Traynor, 31, of Billings, pleaded guilty June 13 and was fined $185. According to court documents, Traynor was fighting with others on the 500 block of South Montana St.
Eric Taylor, 41, of 511 W. Quartz, pleaded guilty June 19 and was fined $185. According to court documents, Taylor was threatening to harm people on the corner of Crystal and Quartz streets.
